Article Processing Fee
For Authors Residing in Iraq
An Article Processing Charge (APC) of 150,000 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) shall apply to all manuscripts accepted on or after September 1, 2026.
The APC covers editorial processing and publication services. Any additional transfer charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the author.
Payment may be made using one of the following methods:

For International Authors
No Article Processing Charge (APC) is required.
The Iraqi Statisticians Journal (ISJ) does not charge any publication or processing fees for authors residing outside Iraq.
Payment Confirmation
Authors are kindly requested to send proof of payment to the Editorial Office after completing the payment process. Manuscripts will proceed to the production stage once the payment has been verified (for authors residing in Iraq).
Important Note
The APC is requested only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been officially accepted for publication. Submission of manuscripts to the journal remains free of charge.
