ISJ is interested in a theme issue on specific topics. The journal publishes research articles and reviews. It seeks original research efforts based on theoretical or experimental work that fills the gap in current knowledge. The journal also publishes special issues with selected papers from relevant conferences. All articles submitted for publication must be original, previously unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
